FilerMan is operated in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act. Our platform ensures that:

Users have full control over their data, including deletion rights.
End-to-end encryption is available to ensure file confidentiality.
Access to data is strictly limited to authorized processes and never shared externally.
All keys for encrypted files are only held by users and are never transmitted to our servers.
Data is stored within GDPR-compliant infrastructure in Switzerland and the EU.

2Services Provided

FilerMan allows users to upload, manage, and share files temporarily or permanently. Access to uploaded files may be restricted to approved users.

3File Deletion

Important: We reserve the right to delete any uploaded file at any time, with or without notice. This applies to all files, regardless of sharing status.

4User Approval

Access to certain features (e.g., uploading) may require manual approval. We are not obligated to grant access and may reject users at our discretion.

5Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any data loss, interruptions, or unauthorized access. Use this service at your own risk.

6Intellectual Property
